The envelope of this stunning building, called the (W)rapper, features an exterior wrapped in steel bands coated with cementitious fireproofing and Solarban 70 Solargray glass. 

The Solarban 70 Solargray glass combination shields 81% of the solar heat gain while allowing 32% visible light, which creates a welcoming and vibrant interior space filled with natural light and thermal comfort.
